Patti meets with the client to plan the menu for the evening around the environment and the personality of the hosts. This step is so important because the service Patti and her staff provide set’s the mood when the guests arrive.

Fabulous meats roasting with aromas of roasted garlic, buffet tables staged beautifully, a dessert station with fresh flowers and a beverage station that welcomes the guests with a glass of Champagne.

Appetizers are creatively plated and ready to pass for guest and they are welcomed with a friendly and professional staff.

Mobile Catering
We have a state of the art service offering the client more choices to plan a party or major event using our high tech mobile kitchen.

Location and environment are a important decision when planning imagine the possibilities for a fun location and beautiful environment like the beach, lake, park, golf courses, new office, community center, new bldg project, medical centers, private home, block party, rodeo, church, race way and beyond.

Patti loves the concept of Mobile Catering and taking the party on the road to where ever the client would like to go and the choices are endless and fun!

Retreats
Retreats are a specialized style of catering and a challenge to the obvious work of a caterer. The demands are upon the chef to create new ideas for healthy and fresh menus from the usual vegetarian or vegan. Patti welcomes the challenge with ease and her menus are creative and absolutely delicious!

The planning is time extensive and must be organized because the guests are there for three to five day's for work shops varied on, wellness, happiness, the spiritual and the unity of their group. The groups are interesting the climate is quite and new ways of thinking are left behind for those willing to learn!
